Australian Standard Certification

What are Australian Standards?

Products that are certified to Australian Standards have passed rigorous quality and performance testing. AS certified products involve specifications, procedures and guidelines that aim to ensure products, services, and systems are safe, consistent, and reliable. There is continuous auditing that takes place with these certifications so you can be confident in the product you specify.

AS QUALITY ENDORSED COMPANY

Why should you specify?

When it comes to landscaping products, specifying to Australian Standards is the best way to ensure your project turns out the highest quality. As there many stages and people involved in bringing a project together, it can be difficult to know if the landscape will be what you and the architect or designer originally envisioned.

AS certification gives you peace of mind knowing that all your projects will be consistent across the board. This level of reliability can lead to a boost in your credibility as a professional and shows potential clients that you are consistent and reliable in your outcomes.

NASAA Organic Certification

What is organic certification?

If it is not Certified Organic, you can’t be sure it is organic.

In Australia, the term ‘organic’ is not regulated as it is in other countries, so it is legal to produce a product and call it ‘organic’ without any proof that it is actually organic.

Formal organic certification shows that a  product has been produced in line with the strict national and industry Organic and Biodynamic Standards.

The term ‘Certified Organic’ can only be used on a product when the producer or processor are certified by an independent third party certifier, such as NASAA Certified Organic.

When you see the NASAA Organic Label, you can be sure that it is certified to the highest standard available in Australia.

Always look out for the NASAA label. Find out more about NASAA certification here.
