What happens to the organics collected by Jeffries?

Food organics are rich in nutrients and make an excellent ingredient in compost. Composting on a large scale means that we can return as much organic matter to the soil as possible. Composting green organics releases less greenhouse gases than burying it in landfill.

Only a decade ago, most compostable material from council collections would have gone straight to landfill.
