What happens to the organics collected by Jeffries?

Food organics are rich in nutrients and make an excellent ingredient in compost. Composting on a large scale means that we can return as much organic matter to the soil as possible. Composting green organics releases less greenhouse gases than burying it in landfill.

Only a decade ago, most compostable material from council collections would have gone straight to landfill. Today we are recovering previously wasted organic resources and turning them into high quality and nutritious soil conditioners, soil products and mulch for landscapers, civil contractors, schools, local government organisations and home gardeners.
